These works were made up of both contracted / fixed pricing and also on a competitive hourly rate plus costs / materials. The flexibility this offered our clients was that they remained in control of the budgeting and also the freedom to supply as much (materials / fittings) or as little as desired
RENOVATIONS & ALTERATION SERVICESAnother part of what we do is work in directly with property owners that are looking to do alterations or renovations at their primary place of residence or investment property. The owners are taking on the role of owner builder to a degree and engage 83 Carpentry to assist in completing the desired works. These jobs range in scope and size. |
